Slow days by Njaim

Within the last day,
I’ve written two poems.
The first one started sarcastically,
Very structure and then crumbled,
Due to self-revelations.

By crumble, I mean to say this:
It became more important to express myself clearly.

The second poem included the lines:
“Given the choice/ Drew stuffed a beaver.”

Now I’ve written three poems.
Look at me! Watch me do a cannonball.
